For our Caregivers: Caregivers have been instructed to immediately notify the office via phone or email and report the situation and their conditions of safety and security.
For our Clients: In the case of community disasters (which includes serious weather conditions) Golden Grace Health Care LLC will be monitoring and logging the reports from each location. Should the office not receive a report within a reasonable time from a caregiver, a call will be placed to that client’s home or to the caregiver’s cell phone (if available). The purpose of this call is to make sure client is safe and secure. If conditions prevent a staff member from serving a client, a reasonable effort will be made to provide a caregiver for the client. If the conditions are widespread, efforts will be made to serve clients with the greatest need, first.
